Step-by-Step Process
- Mast Reinforcements: Prepared chainplates, applied carbon fiber laminations, and cured reinforcements under vacuum for maximum adhesion.
- New Antenna Base Construction: Created a custom mold and fitted the new support structure with precision.
- Coach Roof Modification: Installed new panels, extended the roof bridge, and prepared surfaces with vacuum-tight lamination techniques.
- Painting: Sanded, primed, and applied Alexeil system coatings, integrating hexagonal non-skid vinyls and custom finishes.
The Guyot Environnement IMOCA 60 is now race-ready, boasting cutting-edge performance enhancements and a striking visual identity for the Vendée Globe.
